Revd Dr Victor Adelaja Odewole is the Founder of Heart Clinic Christian Global Mission (HCGM), a New Testament ministry committed to raising believers in the reality of the new creation and restoring hearts to God's original intent.
He is a seasoned transformational leader, consultant, and teacher with over two decades of experience in leadership, change management, and human capacity development. His ministry is marked by a strong emphasis on identity in Christ, spiritual maturity, and purposeful living.
Revd Dr Victor holds a Doctor of Divinity (D.Div.) from North Central Theological Seminary and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Charisma University. He is also an Associate Member of the International Federation of Christian Chaplains, reflecting his commitment to global Christian service and leadership.
He has held strategic leadership roles across consulting and education sectors, contributing to organizational growth, leadership development, and international academic advancement initiatives. His cross-continental influence spans both Canada and Nigeria, where he continues to impact lives through ministry and leadership engagement.
As a ministry leader, his teaching is rooted in sound doctrine and practical application, with a passion for raising believers who will live out the fullness of God's purpose in every sphere of life.
